At GoPridi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier.
After dispatching the return, customers must share the courier receipt and tracking details with our customer support team.
Once we receive the returned product, our quality inspection team will inspect it.
If the product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, the refund request will be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Customers must arrange and bear the cost of returning the product to our address.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers must share the courier receipt and tracking details after dispatching the return.
After successful quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-value product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Products returned after the applicable return or exchange period.
Customized or specially ordered products.
